If you have been injured at work, you are entitled to physiotherapy treatment under the WorkCover NSW scheme, managed by the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA). Our 200 sqm rehabilitation gym at Pitt St — the largest rehab gym footprint in the Sydney CBD — means we can deliver exercise-based rehabilitation that builds genuine functional capacity, not just pain relief. We work to restore the specific movements, strength, and endurance required for your role.
Your physiotherapist will conduct a thorough initial assessment, develop a SIRA-compliant treatment plan, provide hands-on and active rehabilitation, communicate with your case manager, and prepare return-to-work reports as required.
Our physiotherapists are experienced in return-to-work planning and will work with you, your employer, and your case manager to develop a graduated return-to-work programme that is safe, realistic, and sustainable.
You typically need approval from your insurer or a referral from your GP before commencing physiotherapy. Contact your insurer or case manager to confirm physiotherapy has been approved. Our reception team can also assist.
If your claim is active and physiotherapy has been approved, treatment is generally billed directly to your insurer. There should be no out-of-pocket cost for approved treatments. Confirm the scope of approved services with your insurer.
Treatment duration depends on the nature and severity of your injury. Your physiotherapist will provide a treatment plan with an estimated number of sessions, submitted to your insurer for approval. Progress is reviewed regularly.
Yes. We are experienced in managing EML claims and can complete the required documentation and treatment plans.
