45 min treatments are our second most popular treatments and perfect for those with limited lunch breaks

Sports massage focuses on athletes and active individuals — addressing muscle soreness, tightness, and recovery. Remedial massage targets specific musculoskeletal conditions and pain. Our team is trained in both.
Not at all. Many clients use regular sports massage for recovery, injury prevention, and general muscle health — even without a specific injury.
We offer 30, 45, 60, and 90-minute sessions. 60 minutes is our most popular option for a full-body treatment.
Sports massage is claimable under most private health extras covers. We offer on-the-spot HICAPS claims at both clinics.
Athletes in heavy training may benefit from weekly or fortnightly sessions. For general recovery and maintenance, monthly sessions are common. Your therapist can advise based on your individual needs.
