Our personal trainers work alongside physiotherapists in the same facility. Your programme accounts for any injury history from the start, and your physio is on hand if any issues arise during training.
No. Many clients are in recovery from an injury and have been referred by their physiotherapist to continue building strength and fitness. We design programmes around your current capacity.
Sessions take place in our gym at 30 Pitt Street (Level 4, Marriott Hotel) or 20 Bond Street (Fitness First Platinum), depending on your preferred location and trainer availability.
