Physiotherapist and Club Manager

Taimoor Qureshi

Physiotherapist
Sports and Fitness Trainer

Taimoor is a Physiotherapist with a strong background in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. He has experience across private practice, sports coverage, and hospital-based care, and takes an evidence-based, practical approach to helping people move better and recover with confidence.

Before completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University, Taimoor developed a foundation in exercise and sport science and worked extensively as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. This background gives him a strong understanding of movement, strength training, and exercise prescription, which continues to shape his rehab-focused, gym-based approach to physiotherapy.

Taimoor has worked with AFL, NPL soccer, and rugby union teams, providing sideline injury management, strapping, and return-to-play rehabilitation. He is also an active individual himself, with a long history of weight training and basketball, and understands both the physical and mental challenges that come with injury and recovery.

His treatment philosophy combines hands-on therapy with tailored, exercise-based rehabilitation. He treats every client as an individual, focusing on education, confidence, and long-term results — whether the goal is returning to sport, managing pain, or staying active for life.
