Our physio-led fitness sessions are more like strength & conditioning sessions, they are designed specific to your individual needs, sessions are delivered in a similar format to what you would experience with an elite sports team, sessions are tailored to your injury history with the dual goal of bulletproofing you and getting you in the best shape of your life.

At Sydney Sports Physio & Fitness we have a goal of resetting the standard for both physiotherapy and Fitness, with all our therapists being both masters trained physiotherapists and fully accredited strength & conditioning coaches we have the unique ability to continue your rehab post injury and work on the bulletproofing phase enabling you to live your best life.
