For those of you embarking on life goals like marathons, long rides or any of the many repetitive endurance events that are popular for CBD athletes it is definitely best to book in a consultation to assess any weak points that are likely to appear, this will enable us to do some Prehab so we don’t have to do any Rehab.

No one ever said lets do 3 months of marathon training and be injured for race day, although it is a very common thing to do.
