 Weeks 1-2: Designed to allocate the right amount of time to understand your specific situation and needs going forward and include the following. 

·      Comprehensive hour Initial Assessment and baseline testing:
Our program begins with a thorough assessment to understand your current condition and mobility challenges.

·      Tailored Treatment Plan:
Based on your assessment, we create a personalized treatment plan, incorporating exercises, therapies, and lifestyle recommendations.
 

·      2 x Subsequent program farmiliarisation sessions: 
These sessions are purposely designed to teach you the specific exercises needed for your rehab program, we will be making slight adjustments to the way you move and more importantly the way you think when you move. The exercises we give you will be more complex than the ones you are currently doing at the gym, however i am sure you will get a few of the old favourites.

 Weeks 3-12: This phase is important because now that we have properly diagnosed your situation and taught you the foundations of what rehab exercises you need, we start to transition you into our physio-led sessions where you complete your unique program under the supervision of our physiotherapists.

Week 12+:

·      At week 12 we do a full reassessment 
Pain free vs bulletproof :
 At 12 weeks we do a full reassessment and depending on your condition it will depend on what you choose to do, you could continue the program if you feel you have more rehab to do, you could take what you have learnt and continue exercising at home or you could use your latest reassessment to move into the next phase where we target your secondary goals whilst continuing to bulletproof your primary condition.
